In contrast to the high-quality laser welding systems that ANDRITZ Soutec AG manufactures, the lighting in four factory halls was anything but state-of-the-art. The FL luminaires — some of them defective — and the dirty reflectors shrouded the halls in diffuse light. And the lighting control? Inexistent!
Since the refurbishment with the intelligent imani connect continuous row lighting inserts from nevalux AG, the hall lighting has also been of high quality. The existing profiles were reused, which is extremely economical and ecological. The savings in electricity costs are also impressive: They are around 70%. This is thanks to LED technology and the lighting control system integrated into the luminaires, including motion sensor and constant light control. Bluetooth networking makes it easy to group individual zones.
