The True Presence multi­sensor is tailor-made for the ultra-modern building in Buchs. Constant light control, presence detection, CO2 measurement and dew point calcu­lation: all digital, all controlled by the multi­sensor. Installing and adjusting the sensor was easy. Now the client, Lippuner Energie- und Metall­bautechnik AG, receives precise digital infor­mation for modern management of the building. Which leads to the following results: Comfort for the users, more effi­ciency for the oper­ators and energy savings for the owner. And the full potential of the multi­sensor is far from being exhausted.

Solution

For the building owner, it was clear that the building management had to be digital and that only the most modern sensor currently available on the market could be considered.
The spec­i­fi­ca­tions: Presence detection, so that lights are not left on even though they are not needed. Basic light function, brightness value and constant light control to create ideal lighting condi­tions and CO2 measurement to guar­antee good air quality.
Calcu­lating the dew point was also a requirement to prevent dripping from the thermal ceiling installed throughout the building. The sensor forwards all this infor­mation to the building management system.
It was also important to the client that the sensor also function reliably in high rooms.
The True Presence KNX multi­sensor meets all these require­ments. A true multi-talent, this multi-sensor.

The True Presence sensors require only a minimal follow-up time and thus save maximum energy.
