Luminous trans­for­mation of warehouses

Sodium vapour lamps and FL lumi­naires in trunking in dubious condition: when Otto Fischer AG took over its current ware­houses in Diet­likon in 2023, the lighting was anything but “state of the art”.
In addition, there was not enough light — consid­ering the size of the halls. Defi­nitely not a good starting point for a logistics employee’s workplace.
The nevalux asali lumi­naires, which offer much more than perfect light, provided a remedy. With this intel­ligent lighting solution, even the dark corners of the halls are illu­mi­nated and occu­pa­tional safety is guaranteed.

Light meets intelligence

Solution

Otto Fischer AG had various refur­bishment offers on the table. nevalux AG won them over because it offered an intel­ligent lighting solution.
Light control is inte­grated into the LED lumi­naires, including motion sensor and constant light control. Blue­tooth networking enables simple grouping of indi­vidual sectors.
The asali connect fits most of the trunking systems available on the market due to its poor general condition. However, the existing trunking could no longer be used for this refur­bishment project. This was a good thing, because the light had to be repo­si­tioned anyway. The result: a more extensive, more effi­cient light distribution.

Main­te­nance? There is none.

The longevity of the asali lumi­naires makes it unnec­essary to replace the light sources. Main­te­nance work is a thing of the past.

Anyone replacing T5 and T8 fluo­rescent tubes in halls is best served by the asali connect continuous row lighting insert.
The lumi­naire has inte­grated presence and brightness sensors in conjunction with Blue­tooth networking. This guar­antees a powerful light management system and unlimited flex­i­bility when creating lighting groups. Thanks to constant light control and presence detection, energy savings of up to 95% are possible.
